Note Taking Services for Chief Joseph Dam (CJD) Project, Albeni Falls Dam (AFD) Project, and Libby Dam (LDP) Project Federal Columbia River Power System (FCRPS) Cooperating Group Meetings. This is a non-personal services contract to provide professional note taking services. The Contractor shall manage the total work effort associated with the services required in the Performance Work Statement to meet the performance objectives and standards. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, facilities and services needed to meet the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall provide staff with the necessary expertise to assure performance objectives and standards are met. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
