The Contractor shall furnish to the Corps of Engineers all personnel, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, supervision, services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform 35 acres of cultural resource survey and evaluation of archaeological sites and historic structures at the Project except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform services to the standards, quantities, and schedules described in this contract, and in accordance with general standards identified in Part 5. This contract may be modified as needed in response to authorizing legislation.
