This is a solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, solicitation W912DW20Q0043 is attached. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District has a need for the removal and disposal of collected debris at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. Services include the off-loading, separating and proper disposal of all collected debris. During hauling of debris, contractor shall insure all debris is contained, tied down, or enclosed to prevent leaking, spilling or blowing off while in transit. Contractor shall insure all off-loaded debris is disposed of in an authorized landfill, transfer station, or recycling station. SAM Registration: All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), if you are not registered in (SAM) or have an ACTIVE status, an award SHALL not be made to your company.
