The Mud Mountain Dam has a requirement for the acquisition of an excavator with various attachments for clearing debris at the Fish Passage Facility located in Southeast King County on the White River in Buckley, WA. During high water events, the Excavator will sit on top of a bridge deck, and will reach over river waters to breakup/breakdown debris getting caught on the piers of the Fish Passage Structure. The excavator must have the ability to quickly change between a grapple and stump shears is needed in order to effectively manage the debris. During non-flood events, the excavator will be used for excavation and manipulation of dirt and large rocks. The excavator and attachments must meet the specifications as outlined in the attached solicitation and in accordance with all Federal, State and Local regulations and all applicable industry standards.
