Amendment 0001 to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Janitorial Services for Government Facilities Located at 830 & 818 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham, Oregon 97030 is being issued to incorporate the following: Revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 2 March 2020 and W912DW20Q0034 - Industry Questions and Government Responses Please see the attachment entitled "W912DW20Q0034 - Amendment 0001" for additional details. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Janitorial Services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services in a manner that will maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance as defined in this performance work statement (PWS), except for those items specified in Section 3 as Government-furnished property and services.
