The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is refurbishing GSU Transformer T3 at Libby Powerhouse and Dam. This procurement is to purchase miscellaneous materials (ABB Brand - See attached KO Determination) to replace existing components on Transformer T3. Installation of the materials purchased in this scope of work will be completed by Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Field Services group during the scheduled outage dates of 15 July 2020 – 30 September 2020. All material shall be delivered to the Libby Dam Project Office no later than 15 July 2020. See attached Request for Quote for additional information.
