Amendment 0001 to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Janitorial Services for Government Facilities Located at 3160 South 6th Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97603 is being issued to incorporate the following: Revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 2 March 2020 W912DW20Q0025 - Industry Questions and Government Responses Please see the attachment entitled "W912DW20Q0025 - Amendment 0001" for additional details. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Janitorial Services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services in a manner that will maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance as defined in this performance work statement (PWS), except for those items specified in Section 3 as Government-furnished property and services.
