The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District has a need for a contractor to provide elevator maintenance to include the following: inspection, preventative maintenance, adjustments, lubrication, repairs, parts replacement, housekeeping, record keeping and trap call response for the elevators at the Albeni Falls Project in accordance with all applicable Codes.
