The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District anticipates solicitation and award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from Request for Proposal (RFP) W912DW-23-R-0MT8. This requirement is to construct a three-story barracks located at Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is available to all qualified small business firms with active SAM registration under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. All non-small businesses are deemed ineligible to submit a proposal. In accordance with DFARS 236.204, construction magnitude is estimated to be in the range of $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. 100 percent payment and performance bonds will be required. The design and construct a new three story, 150- person, barracks. Primary project facilities include living, sleeping quarters, baths, storage, services areas, information system, fire protection, alarm system, Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection, and cybersecurity measures. Supporting facilities includes Site development such as demolition, utility connections, electrical power, telecommunications, streetlights, pedestrian lights, site lighting, street paving, road improvements, parking, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, potable water, stormwater, wastewater, information systems, landscaping, signage and sport courts, heating and air conditioning will be provided by a self-contained system utilizing the base’s available energy utilities. Comprehensive building and furnishing related interior design services are required. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, is seeking interest in the opportunity to provide all labor, management, supervision, equipment, supplies and services necessary to provide Grounds Maintenance Services in support of its Chief Joseph Dam Project, located in Bridgeport Washington. A full description is in the attached draft performance work statement (PWS). This document is for information purposes only and is subject to change. The NAICS Code is 561730, “Landscaping Services.” The Government invites contractors with the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements (as indicated in this posting and the attached PWS) to submit a capability statement consisting of the information listed below. The company's CAGE Code and DUNS number. Evidence of capabilities to perform comparable/relevant work on three recent projects (not more than five years old), including project name, nature of work, completion date, total contract value, and your company's level of involvement in the project. Please provide at least one point of contact (with email address and phone number) for each project for project validation. Any brochures or currently existing marketing material may also be submitted with the capabilities statement. Past performance information is welcome.
