The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is seeking interested and qualified firms for a potential IDIQ contract to perform sampling and testing of dredged material for ocean disposal at the Historic Area Remediation Site (HARS) and for upland disposal, following specific federal and state guidance. Additional work may include environmental DNA analyses and other testing related to HARS monitoring. All sampling and services would be performed within the Port of New York & New Jersey, the Hudson River, and the Atlantic Ocean at the HARS and its Reference Site. The business size standard for this opportunity is $25,500,000.
