Two Phase Design and Construction of the Port Monmouth Phase II, Contract 1 Mitigation Project

As of 17 September 2026, Phase I of a two-phase BVTO has been posted for the Port Monmouth project, with Phase I covering shore protection and Phase II covering flood risk management.
