Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Albany Field Office, Army Corps of Engineers requires sandblasting, inspection, repair, and repainting of a 16-section barge currently in Troy, NY. The work must be performed at the contractor's own facility. The period of performance is 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with all work completed and the barge returned by April 1, 2026. The solicitation will be evaluated on a "Best Value Tradeoff" basis, considering past performance, technical approach, and price. Bidders must include an SSPC QP 1 certificate in their proposal package.
