This project is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for the maintenance and upgrade of the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Stations, located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties (8 locations, see attached). Work required may include paint, carpet, tile, internal sign replacement, plumbing, window replacement, and/or electrical. Intent is for work to commence as soon as possible. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Please see attached solicitation for specifications.
