Inclusive in the demolition is the asbestos and lead abatement in the existing facility. The scope then includes a redesign & rebuild for a future administrative space for the new recruiting tenant. The old/existing space was a warehouse-type of facility. The new space will be office space with new bathrooms, new ceiling tiles, a new heating, air-conditioning system with a new boilers, new electrical connections, upgraded sewer piping, upgraded flooring and carpeting, a fire protection system, ADA ramps into the facility, and other upgrades as required per Unified Building Codes. The location of the facility is physically at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, New York.
