The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to procure and contract for all services related to the maintenance of two AQUAMET 22 stainless steel propeller shaft and shaft sleeves for the U.S. Drift Collection Vessel Driftmaster. The DRIFTMASTER is owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for this work. The vessel is currently equipped with two 4.5” diameter propeller shafts with 5.5” OD shaft sleeves. See the DRIFTMASTER shafting drawing attached to this solicitation.
