The New York District, US Army Corp of Engineers is soliticing lease proposals for approximately 4,755 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 5 mile radius of 372 Northern Lights Plaza, North Syracuse, New York. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 12 (twelve) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
