This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, Raystown Lake Project, will procure for the grounds maintenance (mowing) of Raystown Lake detailed in the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation will result in one award based on lowest price technically accepted as best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will run one year from date of award, with four optional years. The proposed contract is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 size standards of $9,500.00 PSC code S208. Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. To register you will need your UEI number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
