Sources Sought Notice for the Controls and Instrumentation Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Washington Aqueduct
This is a sources sought notice only—not a request for proposal, quote, or bid—and no award will result from it. USACE Baltimore District seeks to assess interest, availability, and capability of potential sources to provide controls and instrumentation supplies and incidental services for the Washington Aqueduct. The requirement covers industrial process electronic measuring instruments from multiple proprietary brands to ensure compatibility with existing equipment, plus incidental services such as UPS preventive maintenance/repair, fiber optic installation/testing/repair, and installation, configuration, commissioning, and training. NAB intends to award a target of three firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements, each with a five-year ordering period, with a master dollar limit of $5,000,000 and a call limit of $350,000. Performance/delivery is at the Washington Aqueduct’s Dalecarlia and McMillan Water Treatment Plants in Washington, D.C., and both small and large businesses are encouraged to respond.
