This is a two-phase Design-Build to Budget solicitation for the design and construction of a Component Rebuild Shop. The project has a budget of $79,600,000. The Government will evaluate Phase I technical proposals, and Phase 2 down-selects will be subject to a Project Labor Agreement requirement.
