The project involves comprehensive architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and life safety upgrades to a historic equestrian facility. Special considerations include working around active draft horses wearing spike shoes, lead abatement near animals, historic brick masonry repair, roof repairs, ventilation system reconfiguration, and fire protection upgrades.
