This is a firm fixed-price contract for the new construction of a Missile Munitions Distribution Facility and associated support buildings, including a vehicle storage building and a rail classification yard, at Letterkenny Army Depot. The project involves constructing a 57,955 SF warehouse with a canopy, a 568 SF support building, approximately 8,000 LF of rail siding, and a 327 SF operations building, along with comprehensive site development. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) will be required. The solicitation is anticipated by March 9, 2026. The procurement will be unrestricted and use a Design Bid Build approach, anticipating a FAR Part 15 evaluation for lowest price technically acceptable or highest technically rated with a fair and reasonable price.
