The contractor will provide herbicide application services at Codorus Creek, including all planning, herbicide selection, programming, administration, and management needed to achieve a 100% target kill rate. All work must comply with the contract and applicable laws, regulations, codes, and directives. The contractor must also perform related administrative services such as procurement, supplying, quality control, work scheduling, financial control, and maintaining accurate and complete records.
