This project involves using a hydraulic cutterhead pipeline dredge to remove up to 100,000 cubic yards of material from the North East River to a depth of 7 feet. The dredged material will be transported via a 6-mile pipeline to an existing upland placement site, crossing the river, a creek, and wetlands. The dredging window is strictly from 16 October 2026 to 15 February 2027. The estimated construction budget is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance of services will take place in the North East River and surrounding areas.
