Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Baltimore District seeks to establish between four and eight Master Blanket Purchase Agreements for title services across the Mid-Atlantic region. These are Firm Fixed Price agreements for a five-year period. The estimated annual value is $800,000 per agreement, with individual task orders capped at $100,000. Award for individual task orders will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method. The work involves providing title insurance policies, certificates, and closing services as defined in the performance work statement.
