The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and management necessary to perform ground maintenance as described herein, at the Washington Aqueduct and satellite installations (approximately 129 acres), in accordance with all terms, conditions, general and special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The estimatedquantities listed on the price schedule are a maximum under ideal growing conditions. Actual quantities may be less if drought, flooding, or construction periods are encountered.
