The Codorus Creek shoal removal involves two (2) locations which require removal of mostly pebbles, cobbles, vegetation, wood debris, and gravel with some sediment. Removal of the shoals requires in water work. Work shall be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This invitation to bid is a total Small Business set aside restricted to Women-Owned Small Businesses. *Amendment 0002 extends the solicitation closing and bid opening to 29 July 2025 and clarifies CLIN 0003 includes shoal removal for area 1 and area 2.
