A site visit has been scheduled for March 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST. Please see the enclosed Request for Proposal (RFP) and corresponding attachments for details. The purpose of amendment 0001 is to correct the estimated quantities listed within the ANNUAL UNIT PRICE table in Section B of the solicitation. The purpose of amendment 0002 is to provide responses to requests for information (RFIs) received, to incorporate FAR clause 52.228-5, Insurance-Work on a Government Installation and update Section H of the solicitation with insurance requirements, and to extend the RFP due date from April 11, 2024 to April 17, 2024.The purpose of amendment 0003 is to correct the ordering period and dates listed in the ANNUAL UNIT PRICES table within Section B. The ordering period w ill begin on the date of contract award or May 15, 2024, whichever is later. See SUMMARY OF CHANGES for details.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District is procuring an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) single-award task order contract for residuals hauling and disposal services at the Washington Aqueduct Division (WAD) in Washington, D.C. Attached is a draft performance work statement (PWS). WAD provides potable water to approximately one million people in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia. As part of the water treatment and supply system, WAD maintains and operates the Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and McMillan WTP. This is a synopsis of the requirement ONLY. An official Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be posted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) on or around February 22, 2024.
