Request for Quotation (RFQ) Rental of Tent, Audio, Event Equipment W912DR24Q0030 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) sub-Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure for the rental of a tent, audio equipment, and event staging equipment that includes installation and removal for a Change of Command Ceremony. The ceremony is scheduled for July 25, 2024. An equipment list is detailed in the submission requirements. To qualify, the responsible contractor must provide a quote that conforms to the solicitation; is technically acceptable, and submits the lowest-price, technically acceptable. The proposed contract is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532289 size standards of $12.5 Millions and PSC code W078. Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. To register you will need your UEI number. Instructions for registering are on the website. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
