Request for Quotation (RFQ) Mowing and Trimming Services at Southern New York Local Flood Protection Projects, Broome and Steuben Counties, New York W912DR24Q0029 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) sub-Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure for mowing and trimming services at Southern New York Local Flood Protection Projects, Broome and Steuben Counties, New York, as detailed in the Scope of Work. This solicitation will result in one award based on the lowest price technically accepted as best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will run one year from date of award, with four optional years. The proposed contract is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 size standards of $9,500.00 PSC code S208. Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. To register you will need your UEI number. Instructions for registering are on the website. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. Optional Pre-Bid Site Tours Due to the extensive amount of travel required between sites, a two-day tour is scheduled. Attendance at both pre-bid site tours is highly encouraged.
