This attachment is being posted to answer the request for information. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure Park Attendant Services at Jennings Randolph Lake in West Virginia, as further detailed in the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation will result in an award based on what best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will be from Date of Award to 31 April 2025. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible, qualified small businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721211 size standards of $10,000,000, PSC code M1PA. Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. To register you will need your DUNS/UEI number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
