The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure Herbicide Application Services at Tioga Hammond and Cowanesque Lake, as further detailed in the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation will result in an award based on what best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will be from Date of Award to 31 March 2025. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible, qualified small businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325320 size standards of $1,150, PSC code 6810.
