This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912DR-24-Q-0009 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 312112 with a small business size standard of 1,400 employees. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, requires ongoing bottled water deliveries as further detailed in the Statement Of Work (Section C of solicitation). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price contract with selection based on lowest price, technically acceptable, as best meets the needs of the Government. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing the offers submitted with the solicitation instructions and Statement of Work requirements.
