The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District has a requirement for the design and construction to extend the Moscow Sewer Authority Church Street Sanitary Sewer. This procurement is an unrestricted Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a design-bid-build firm-fixed-price contract using the procedures of FAR 14 and 36. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The jobsite is in the Borough of Moscow, Lackawanna County, PA. An official IFB is anticipated to be posted here through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website on or around April 24, 2024. Interested Bidders must be registered in PIEE to submit a bid. **A site visit will be held, date and time TBD**
