Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, Susquehanna River Project will be issuing up to ten (10) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Deposit Removal, Debris Removal, and Tree/Brush Removal Services. The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to conduct these removal services within the Susquehanna River Project sites in Pennsylvania and New York. The ordering period will be five years from the date the BPA(s) are issued with a cumulative ceiling of $3,000,000 for all task orders issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, intends to issue a request for proposals to award up to ten Blanket Purchase Agreements to capable and responsible small businesses with a cumulative ceiling of $1.46M. The Contractors shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials needed to remove debris, brush, trees, and other obstructions from Susquehanna River Project sites in New York and Pennsylvania. The ordering period will be five years from date of award. See the attached draft performance work statement for further details. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in April 2023.
