Pre-Solicitation Notice: W912DR23R0001 Washington Aqueduct Civil Construction Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract Northern Virginia & Washington, DC Description of the Work: The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of providing construction services for construction, repair, upgrade, and related work to support the Washington Aqueduct’s civil works infrastructure, including complex water treatment facilities. The successful Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, permits, transportation, and materials necessary to complete project issued as Task Orders during the five-year ordering period of the base indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. The base contract and all task orders will be awarded as firm-fixed-price to a single Contractor. The work will be performed for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) within the boundaries of the Baltimore District with the primary work performed at Washington Aqueduct, Washington, District of Columbia.
