Pre-Solicitation Notice: W912DR23Q0035 Chemical Services for: New Chelated Copper Algaecide Washington Aqueduct, Washington, DC Description of the Work: The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of providing the required services. The primary objective is to furnish all of Washington Aqueduct’s Chelated Copper Algaecide in accordance with these specifications. The chemical shall conform to the requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standard B541, latest revision, except as modified or supplemented herein, and shall be certified to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60. The Chelated Copper Algaecide is used in the treatment of potable water and drinking water. The work will be performed for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) within the boundaries of the Baltimore District with the delivery of chemicals to Washington Aqueduct, Washington, District of Columbia. Period of Performance: Ordering period shall be for a period of five (5) years from date of award for a total of 60 months All deliveries of PAC shall be freight prepaid, F.O.B. to the following Government facility: Washington Aqueduct Dalecarlia WTP 5900 MacArthur Blvd. NW Washington D.C. 20016-2514 Solicitation Information: The solicitation will be uploaded to https://piee.eb.mil/ on or about 03 May 2023.
