The Solicitation, W912DR-23-Q-0032 will be issued for Debris Removal and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 562119 size standard of $41,500.00. The project has an anticipated performance period of one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your UEI number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM . Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following location: Fort McHenry 2611 Leahy St Baltimore, MD 21230 The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the project. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to neil.o.gonzalez@usace.army.mil no later than Wednesday, 21 April 2023 at 12:00 PM ET. The solicitation shall be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Friday, 14 April 2023, to all authenticated account holders at SAM.gov Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in SAM.gov system to access package.
