This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The government will not issue paper copies Section A The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure Rodent Control Services located at the Codorus Creek Local Flood Protection Project (LFPP) in York County, PA; Hornell and Corning LFPPs in Steuben County, NY; and Whitney Point Dam in Broome County, NY. This solicitation will result in one award based on lowest price technical accepted as best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will have a period of performance of 1 year from date of award, with four optional yeatrs. Site visit is not mandatory for award. The Government will not reimburse any cost incurred. The proposed contract is restricted to the Small Business Set Aside Program All responsible, qualified small businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561710 with a size standard of $15,500.00, PSC code S207.
