The primary objective is to provide contractor services and deliverables through performance of technical support. The services rendered shall be for the contractor to provide on-call and on-site assistance in areas pertaining to the operation, software support (where applicable), troubleshooting, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
