The Baltimore District intends to procure subscription access to the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry Service to facilitate management of Requests for Information (RFIs) and other inquiries by interested parties during the active solicitation period for construction projects' acquisitions. The Period of Performance shall be for a Base period of one (1) year and four (4) Option years. The National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) is the sole provider of this subscription service. The solicitation will be issued as an Brand Name only sole source RFQ.
