The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District requires a service contract to ensure continuity of the required maintenance at two flood risk management projects (Indian Rock Dam and Codorus Creek Stream Improvement Project both located in York County near York, PA). Services include herbicide application assure a target kill rate of 100% within three types of areas at the identified project areas on projects riprap, drainage ditches, flood walls, guardrails, parking lots, utility structures, and other structures. Herbicide treatment application is essential to ensure they are upheld to the highest Corps standards in support of our mission. This solicitation will result in Herbicide Application Services issued to a single vendor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis, as best meets the needs of the Government. The is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible, qualified small businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310 size standards of $8Million.
