Solicitation No. W912DR22Q0059 is unrestricted for businesses of any size. The NAICS code 541519 and size standard of $30 Million. This project has an anticipated performance period of one (1) year with additional one (1) option year. This solicitation is SOLE SOURCE ONLY to RS Means Company LLC. RS Means Company LLC must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. Instructions for registering are on the SAMs website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. The Contractor is instructed to read Section L: Instruction to Offeror, Conditions and Notice to Bidders, to ensure proper submittal of quotes and other required documents needed to be technically acceptable. The contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (or Scope of Work) under Section C: Descriptions and Specification and shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the project.
