This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The government will not issue paper copies Section A - Solicitation/Contract Form The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure Janitorial Services for the United States Army Forces Career Centers as further detailed in the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation will result in one award based on the lowest price technical accepted as best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will have a base year/period, and three option years/periods, which if exercised could extend contract performance through 2026. There is no guarantee that any options will be exercised by the Government. Site visit is not mandatory for award. The Government will not reimburse any cost incurred. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible, qualified small businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 size standards of $19.5 Million, PSC code S201.
