This update is to provide the response to request for information questions. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure Mowing Services for Tioga - Hammond Lake’s Project as further detailed in the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation will result in one award based on lowest price technical accepted as best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will have a base year/period, and two option years/periods, which if exercised could extend contract performance through 2025. There is no guarantee that any options will be exercised by the Government. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible, qualified small businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 size standards of $8 Million, PSC code S208. Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. To register you will need your DUNS/UEI number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. Site Visit - Quoter is urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost or contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Please bring valid photo identification and a copy of a solicitation for verification purposes to the site visit. Due to COVID-19, all site visits must be coordinated. The site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 31 May 2022 at 9:00 AM EST.
