Spring AC Startup and Maintenance - Mid March Inspect motors and all parts Clean & Lubricate as required Inspect safety & electrical components making necessary corrections Check for leaks Clean and Lubricate as required Replace filters and drive belts as required Calibrate or adjust controls 2. Cooling Season -1 Inspection per Season- Mid June Inspect motors and all parts Clean & Lubricate as required Inspect safety & electrical components making necessary corrections Check for leaks Clean and Lubricate as required Replace filters and drive belts as required Calibrate or adjust controls 3.
