Work to be performed by a certified Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Specialist licensed in the state of the contract award 4 times per year. Request for quote for the HVAC services described in the HVAC Performance Work Statement and outlined in the solicitation. Schedule as follows: 1. Spring AC Startup and Maintenance - Mid March Inspect motors and all parts Clean & Lubricate as required Inspect safety & electrical components making necessary corrections Check for leaks Clean and Lubricate as required Replace filters and drive belts as required Calibrate or adjust controls 2. Cooling Season -1 Inspection per Season- Mid June Inspect motors and all parts Clean & Lubricate as required Inspect safety & electrical components making necessary corrections Check for leaks Clean and Lubricate as required Replace filters and drive belts as required Calibrate or adjust controls 3.
