The objective of this contract is for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services... The objective of this contract is for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to empty, clean and dispose of two ASTs from two different facilities and restore the tank locations in compliance with applicable Federal, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality and Local Storage Tanks regulations and requirements. The Contractor shall verify the quantity of fuel and sludge in the tanks. All AST activities associated with this PWS must be conducted in compliance with all VDEQ, EPA, and DOT regulatory requirements.
