A contract is required for the Jennings Randolph Lake Project to install two 90-degree swing gate openers on two sets of gates in two different locations in the state of Maryland and West Virginia approximately 1.5 miles apart on the project. Both sets of gates shall be electrically powered swing gate opening design on existing gates. Jennings Randolph Lake is in Garrett County, Maryland and Mineral County, West Virginia, on the North Branch Potomac River, and is 7.9 miles upstream from the mouth of Savage River. Any Requests for Information (RFI) shall be submitted by email to keilow.k.king@usace.army.mil by 21 June 2021, 12:00PM EST. Quotes shall only be submitted by email to keilow.k.king@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 28 April 2021, to all authenticated account holders of betaSAM.gov. To familiarize vendors with the newly released betaSAM system, please review the betaSAM.gov website. Note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid account entered in the betaSAM system to access the package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
