The project has an anticipated performance period of a one (1) base year and four (4) option years. Contractor shall be required to perform all work for Janitorial Services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following locations: GETTYSBURG SHOPPING CTR, 26 SPRING LANE, UNIT B, GETTYSBURG, PA CLEARVIEW SHPG CTR, 1000 CARLISLE STREET, STORE 24, HANOVER, PA 822 CHAMBERSBURG MALL, CHAMBERSBURG, PA 896C PLAZA BOULEVARD, LANCASTER, PA 351 LOUCKS ROAD, SUITE D2-B, YORK, PA THE HEIGHTS PLAZA, 180 LEADER HEIGHTS ROAD, YORK, PA The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services.
