The NAICS is 238290 with size standard of $16.5M, and the product service code is N056. A contract is required to install three automatic access gates for the Susquehanna River Projects Office – East Section. The locations are: (1) Almond Lake in Steuben County, New York on Canacadea Creek approximately two miles west from the city of Hornell, New York; (2) East Sidney Lake in Delaware County, New York on Ouleout Creek approximately four miles west of the town of Franklin, New York; and (3) Whitney Point Lake in Broome County, New York on the Ostelic River approximately one mile north of the town of Whitney Point, New York. Any Requests for Information (RFI) shall be submitted by email to ryandale.r.fernandez@usace.army.mil by 30 April 2021, 12:00PM EST. Quotes shall only be submitted by email to ryandale.r.fernandez@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 21 April 2021, to all authenticated account holders of betaSAM.gov. To familiarize vendors with the newly released betaSAM system, please review the betaSAM.gov website. Note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid account entered in the betaSAM system to access the package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
